About the House
The Victorian, Queen-Anne style house was built for Judge
Edgar Woolfolk in 1893 in the city of Troy, Missouri, at the
intersection of Lincoln drive and Old Cap-au-Gris. The
eight- room home is conveniently situated across from the Troy
City Park (originally Troy Fairgrounds Park) and offers a
commanding view of this scenic location.
Many original features still accentuate the stately structure.
The house remained under family ownership until 1990. As the
new owners, we have given this heritage home a new purpose and
a new name.
